Always on, never enough

When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it keeps you buzzing even when there’s nothing left to give. The to-do list never ends, the pressure never eases and no matter how much you do it still feels like it isn’t enough. That “always on” feeling isn’t you failing — it’s your body trying to protect you.

Exhausted, overgiving, running on fumes

Burnout often hides behind good intentions — caring for everyone else, saying yes when you’re already stretched, pushing through because that’s what strong people do. But over time, it empties the tank. Exhaustion becomes the norm, and running on fumes feels like the only option. This isn’t weakness. It’s what happens when a nervous system has been in overdrive too long.

Together we’ll slow down, soften, and rebuild your rhythms from the inside out. Each week we’ll gather online for a live 90-minute circle where I’ll guide you to your inner hive, weaving in practices of sensuality, boundary, and soul-care, restructuring your life so that it doesn’t just look full - it feels nourishing.

Week 4: The Art of Rest
Shifting from productivity obsession to true renewal. Building rituals of rest into daily life.

Week 5: Connection with Others
Learning to relate from wholeness, not depletion. Repairing patterns of over-giving.

Week 6: Integration & Sustainable Leadership
Weaving it all together into a honeycomb that can actually hold you - strong, sweet, sustainable.

 I’ve lived the burnout cycle. I was the boss bitch, the endless giver, the chaos-holder. Then my body said no. Through research, space creation, and deep nervous system alchemy, I found another way and The Honeycomb Path was born.

I’m not very good at talking about my feelings — will this be too much?

Not at all. It’s a gentle coaching space with playful practices, reflections, and supportive prompts. We go at your own pace and comfort level.

Is this suitable if I’m in therapy already?

Yes. Honeycomb Reset can beautifully complement therapy because it focuses on embodiment, nervous system care, and lifestyle shifts— things that strengthen any healing process.​

What if I can’t afford the full fee right now?

There’s a payment plan available (2 instalments). If finances are the only barrier, please reach out — accessibility matters.

Is this just for women?

Yes. This journey is for women-identifying folk, as we’ll be exploring themes of feminine energy, boundary setting, and rest that are held in this context.

I’m not sure my nervous system is “bad enough” for this — is it still for me?

I bring equal parts soul and science: years of experience in trauma-informed practice, somatic movement, nervous system regulation & integrative therapeutic work - all help with deep compassion and gentle humour.​
