Why Group Coaching?
​The nervous system doesn’t heal in isolation - it heals in connection. That’s why this group exists: to create a hive where your body can soften, your boundaries can strengthen, and your joy can return.​​
Do I have to share personal details in the group?
Nope. You’re always in choice. You’ll be invited to share reflections if you want to, but it’s never required. Just being present in the circle is enough.​
I’m not very good at talking about my feelings — will this be too much?
Not at all. This isn’t group therapy. It’s a gentle coaching space with playful practices, reflections, and supportive prompts. You can join at your own pace and comfort level.

What if I miss a session?
All live sessions are recorded (except for the group sharing part) and replays will be sent to you within 48 hours. You won’t miss out on the practices or teachings.

Is this suitable if I’m in therapy already?
Yes. Honeycomb Reset can beautifully complement therapy because it focuses on embodiment, nervous system care, and community support — things that strengthen any healing process.

Do I need to keep my camera on?
It’s encouraged (to help with connection) but never forced. You can always turn your camera off if you need to regulate, rest, or just be.

What if I can’t afford the full fee right now?

Is this just for women?
